Managing Partner

Innovative Real Estate Financing for a Better Tomorrow.

Our mission is to bridge the gap in affordable housing, especially in areas grappling with significant housing shortages and high homelessness rates. By targeting markets like Los Angeles and Seattle, we aim to make a meaningful impact where it’s needed most, catering to a wide range of Area Median Incomes (AMI) from 0-120%.

We believe in a sustainable and strategic approach to real estate financing. Our initial funding model involves innovative advisory contracts for taxable and tax-exempt bond offerings, which not only secures our initial capital but also cements our operational relationships with developers. We are dedicated to maintaining operational efficiency to offer below-market interest rates, ensuring our solutions are both accessible and impactful.

Our firm is dedicated to engineering financial strategies that propel sustainable housing solutions, fostering an equitable future in real estate development.

About us

In 2020, Our team established a series of investment funds focused on community impact, dedicated to harnessing private funds for the creation of affordable and workforce housing.

Our approach streamlined the financing process and offered capital at rates lower than the market average.

This work led to the founding of Thropo Capital.
